Hubventil H7150N: 3-Wege-Ventil DN 150 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H7150N ist ein Hubventil mit drei Anschlüssen für Systeme mit Flanschanschluss der Nennweite DN 150 und der Druckstufe PN 16. Er kommt als Mischventil in geschlossenen Wassersystemen der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik zum Einsatz.
Regelkennlinie und Werkstoffe
Der Regelpfad A-AB arbeitet nach einer gleichprozentigen Kennlinie gemäß VDI/VDE 2173, der Bypass B-AB linear. Die Leckrate liegt im Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent und im Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG25) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindeldichtung ist ein EPDM-O-Ring.
Medium, Temperatur und Druck
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent Glykolanteil bei einer Mediumstemperatur von -10 bis 120°C. Bei Temperaturen zwischen -10 und 2°C ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 320 m³/h, die zulässige statische Druckstufe liegt bei ps 1600 kPa.
Montage und Antrieb
Zulässig ist der Einbau stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel. Eine hängende Montage mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Die am Gehäuse markierte Durchflussrichtung ist einzuhalten, andernfalls kann das Ventil beschädigt werden. Der Hubantrieb wird separat bestellt.
