Hubventil DN 65 mit Flanschanschluss für Wasser- und Dampfsysteme
Der H664SP ist ein teildruckentlastetes 2-Wege-Hubventil für den Flanscheinbau in DN 65. Es dient der wasserseitigen stetigen Regelung von Lüftungs- und Heizungsanlagen. Der Ventilkegel fungiert als Drosselorgan und wird von einem Hubantrieb positioniert.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und druckentlasteter Stößel
Der teildruckentlastete Stößel und die Überstromkanäle im Ventil lassen hohe Schließdrücke zu. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz aus Edelstahl. Die Spindel dichtet über einen PTFE-V-Ring ab.
Einsatz für Wasser und Dampf bis 150°C
Das Ventil ist für geschlossene Wasser- und Dampfsysteme im unterkritischen Bereich sowie für Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt, bei einem Δp/P1-Verhältnis unter 0,4. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150°C, der zulässige Schließdruck ps beträgt 1600 kPa. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 58 m³/h.
Flanschanschluss PN 16 und separater Hubantrieb
Der Anschluss erfolgt über Flansche nach PN 16. Das Ventil wird stehend bis liegend eingebaut, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig; die Durchflussrichtung ist durch einen Pfeil gekennzeichnet. Vor dem Ventil wird ein Schmutzfänger empfohlen. Der Hubantrieb wird separat bestellt, optional ist eine Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A erhältlich.
