Teildruckentlastetes Hubventil DN 100 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H6100X125-SP2 ist ein teildruckentlastetes 2-Wege-Hubventil in der Nennweite DN 100 mit Flanschanschluss. Es regelt in geschlossenen Wasser- und Dampfsystemen im unterkritischen Bereich sowie in der wasserseitigen stetigen Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Teildruckentlastete Bauart mit gleichprozentiger Kennlinie
Der Ventilkegel wirkt als Drosselorgan und wird über einen Hubantrieb verstellt. Der teildruckentlastete Stößel und die Überstromkanäle lassen hohe Schließdrücke zu. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJS-400-18-LT (GGG 40.3) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung aus einem PTFE-V-Ring.
Medium und Betriebsdaten
Das Ventil ist für Wasser und Dampf (Δp/P1 <0,4) sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Vol.-% ausgelegt, bei Mediumstemperaturen von 5 bis 150 °C. Es ist für PN 25 bei einem zulässigen Schließdruck ps von 2500 kPa ausgelegt, der Kvs-Wert beträgt 125 m³/h.
Montage und Antriebswahl
Die zulässige Einbaulage reicht von stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel. Eine hängende Montage mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Der Flansch entspricht ISO 7005-2. Ein Hubantrieb für stetige oder 3-Punkt-Ansteuerung ist separat zu bestellen. Optional ist eine Spindelheizung (Typ ZH24-1-A) für LV-, NV- oder SV-Antriebe erhältlich.
