Hubventil H6100SP: 2-Wege-Ventil in DN 100 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H6100SP ist ein teildruckentlastetes Hubventil mit 2-Wege-Funktion in der Nennweite DN 100. Es wird über Flansch nach PN 16 in die Rohrleitung eingebaut und regelt wasserseitig in Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Teildruckentlasteter Stößel für hohe Schließdrücke
Ein teildruckentlasteter Stößel und Überstromkanäle im Ventil ermöglichen den hohen Schließdruck. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper, Sitz und Spindel aus nichtrostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung aus PTFE.
Einsatz für Wasser und Dampf bis 150 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil ist für geschlossene Wasser- und Dampfsysteme im unterkritischen Bereich ausgelegt. Medium ist Wasser und Dampf (Δp/P1 kleiner 0,4) sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 °C, der maximale Schließdruck ps beträgt 1600 kPa bei einem Kvs-Wert von 145 m³/h.
Einbau stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat bestellen
Sie bauen das Ventil stehend bis liegend bezogen auf die Spindel ein, ein hängender Einbau ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie die Durchflussrichtung anhand des Pfeils am Gehäuse. Ein Schmutzfänger vor dem Ventil wird empfohlen. Der Antrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt. Als Zubehör ist eine Spindelheizung für LV-, NV- und SV-Antriebe erhältlich.
